These terms apply to photography and video services supplied by Trebon Photographic Designs trading as My Sexy Photoshoot Studio, referred to below as “MSP Studio”, “we”, “us” “photographer” or “the Studio”.
By paying a booking fee, signing a booking agreement or confirming a production, the person making the booking agrees to these terms.
1. Eligibility and age requirements
All clients, models, performers and other participants must be at least 18 years old.
Valid photographic identification may be requested before or on the day of the shoot. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse participation if satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that every participant is legally able to take part and has received accurate information about the nature of the production.
2. Services provided
MSP Studio provides professional glamour photography, lingerie photography, creator content, escort photography & video productions.
The exact services, production level, participants, sets, deliverables included will be stated in the chosen package or individual booking agreement.
Examples displayed on our website or social media are intended to demonstrate our style. They do not guarantee that another client’s photographs or videos will be identical.
3. Creative consultation and shoot planning
Clients must provide accurate information about the type of content they wish to create, their intended platforms, the number of participants and any relevant boundaries before the shoot.
Where included, the pre-shoot consultation may cover:
- Creative direction and content goals
- Outfits and styling
- Studio sets or locations
- Photography and video priorities
- Intended platforms and usage
- Privacy requirements
- Personal boundaries and agreed content levels
Significant changes requested after planning has begun may incur an additional charge.
4. Other models, performers and participants
Every identifiable participant must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide valid identification when requested
- Agree to the planned content
- Sign the relevant participation and image-release documentation
- Follow the Studio’s conduct and safety requirements
No unapproved participant may join the shoot on the day.
5. Studio privacy and conduct
Sessions are conducted privately. Only approved clients, participants and members of the production team may attend.
Spectators are not normally permitted unless agreed before booking.
The Client agrees to arrive on time and ready for the session. Late arrival may result in a shortened shoot.
Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated or unsafe behaviour will not be accepted. We may end the session immediately if anyone’s behaviour places another person, the premises or equipment at risk.
Where a session is ended because of serious misconduct, charges will reflect the work completed and any losses reasonably incurred by the Studio.
6. Image usage rights & promotional discount
Our standard packages are offered at a reduced rate in exchange for the photographer retaining limited rights to use selected images for promotional purposes.
By accepting a discounted package, the Client grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish and display selected images on:
- Our website
- Our social media channels
- Our marketing materials
Images will always be used tastefully and in a manner consistent with the professional and artistic nature of our work. Faces may be cropped or partially obscured at our discretion where appropriate.
Opt-out option If the Client does not wish any images to be used for promotional purposes, this must be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Where the Client requests full privacy (no promotional use), the package will be offered at the full, non-discounted rate. Once this preference is confirmed, it will be fully respected and no images from the session will be used for any promotional purpose.
7. Privacy & confidentiality
We take client privacy seriously. Images will never be shared with third parties without consent. Secure online galleries are password-protected and accessible only to the Client. We will not disclose the Client’s identity or contact details without permission.
8. Copyright
By UK Copyright laws, copyright in photographs and videos created by MSP Studio remains with the photographer.
Payment for a package, purchases the agreed services, deliverables and client usage licence. It does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.
A copyright assignment or extended commercial licence must be agreed separately in writing and will incur an additional fee.
9. Booking and payment
A booking is not confirmed until:
- The required booking fee or agreed payment has been received
- The date and package have been confirmed in writing
- Any required booking documents have been completed
The remaining balance must be paid by the date shown on the invoice or booking confirmation.
Payment may be available by debit card, credit card, PayPal or Klarna. Third-party payment providers apply their own eligibility checks and terms.
Failure to pay an instalment or balance when due may result in the date being released.
10. Client cancellations and rescheduling
Deposits & Payments made are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session may be rescheduled once at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 7 days of the session, or failure to attend, will result in loss of the full fee.
If we need to postpone because of illness, equipment failure, venue problems, team unavailability or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will offer a suitable alternative date where possible.
If we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, payments for services not supplied will be refunded, subject to the client’s statutory rights.
We are not responsible for consequential expenses such as independently booked travel, hotels, outfits or loss of earnings.
Clients are encouraged to book refundable travel and accommodation.
11. Deliverables and image selection
The number and type of finished photographs or videos supplied will be stated in the selected package.
Unless expressly included:
- Raw files are not supplied
- Unedited images and video footage are not included
- Preview images may not be downloaded, screen-captured, edited or published
- Additional finished photographs and videos are available to purchase
Where a package includes medium-resolution photographs, these will be prepared for private online use and not permitted to be uploaded on Social Media.
12. Delivery times
Professionally retouched photographs are normally delivered within approximately one to five weeks, depending on the package, number of selections and current workload.
Video productions, complex retouching and larger content packages may require additional time. An estimated delivery period will be provided where appropriate.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.
